Raymond James Stadium
Raymond James Stadium is located just 14 miles away and is easily accessed via the interstate just down the road from us. Also known as the “Ray Jay”, [4] is a multi-purpose
football stadium located in
Tampa, Florida. It is home to the
NFL's
Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well as the
NCAA's
South Florida Bulls football team. The stadium seats 65,857
[1], and it is expandable to 75,000 for special events. The stadium also hosts the annual
Outback Bowl on
New Year's Day; the annual pinnacle of USA equestrian
showjumping, the AGA/Budweiser American Invitational; and the
Monster Jam
monster truck event after the end of football season in January or February.

Steinbrenner Field
Also near the Raymond James Stadium and 14 miles from the Wingate By Wyndham is the
George M. Steinbrenner Field (formerly known as Legends Field[2]), is a
baseball stadium located in
Tampa, Florida across
Dale Mabry Highway from
Raymond James Stadium, home of the
National Football League's
Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The ballpark was built in 1996 and holds almost 11,000 people with an addition in right field built in 2007.[3] George M. Steinbrenner Field serves as the home of the
Tampa Yankees, the
New York
Yankee's affiliate in the
Class A Advanced
Florida State League, and is the Yankees'
spring training home[4].
